Job Summary:

We are currently renovating multiple single family residential properties. We are looking for individuals to join our team and perform various tasks per week. This is a short term contract opportunity but the right candidate could be offered a long term position. Our ideal candidate would be someone with drywall experience, laminate flooring experience, shower and tub installation experience, hanging cabinets, siding experience, etc. If you enjoy renovating homes this could be the job for you.

Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas such as drywall, flooring, plumbing, light electrical, and carpentry
- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
